Metric (technically SI- Système international d'unités) dominates my job as a science teacher and also finds its way into DIY jobs, whereas journey distances and cooking measurements are very much Imperial (well, except for oven temperature!).
Anyway, to avoid confusion, here's a handful of tables to help convert to whichever system works for you. Granted, I might have done a bit of rounding up/down here or there to keep the numbers simple.
